5. Royalty rights. This means you have to pay the original owner or author a percentage of every sale made.

Once you have your product, study your competition. Find out what they are doing to market their product and do something different. Make your offer better by throwing in more bonuses or incentives to buy from you. Online customers do a lot of comparison shopping, so you want your deal to be the best.

Start with one product and focus on making it successful. Give it everything you've got. If you have a flair for writing, edit the sales page to make it more attractive. Once that product takes off get another one and repeat the process.
